Provence Paloma

10 minutes Serves 1 Yes Way Rosé Bubbles 2 oz. mezcal   2 oz. fresh Grapefruit juice  1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice Spicy salt  Grapefruit slice to garnish 

South of France meets south of the border in this smokey and sweet rosé Paloma. Pour the mezcal and pass the Bubbles, this fresh and light libation with a touch of spice might just be the perfect cocktail for summer. Serves 1 

  • Yes Way Rosé Bubbles 
  • 2 oz. mezcal  
  • 2 oz. fresh Grapefruit juice 
  • 1 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
  • Spicy salt 
  • Grapefruit slice to garnish 

Rub the rim of a glass with grapefruit slice and roll in spicy salt. Fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice, add mezcal, grapefruit juice, orange juice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glass over ice and top off with sparkling rosé. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
