Le Bitter French

Serves 1 Yes Way Rosé Bubbles 1 oz. St. Germain 2 dashes Angostura bitters White Edible Flowers to Garnish (White Micro Princess Flowers pictured)  

Simple yet sophisticated, this effervescent floral stunner brings a touch of sweet romance when garnished with edible flowers. Balanced by herbaceous bitters, the overall vibe of it is very French. Serve for brunch or a wedding shower, just make sure it’s well chilled. Serves 1

  • Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
  • 1 oz. St. Germain
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • White Edible Flowers to Garnish (White Micro Princess Flowers pictured)  

In a shaker filled with ice, add St. Germain and shake hard for 30 seconds or so to chill. Strain into champagne flute. Add a couple dashes of bitters and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with flowers.
