Anyone who questions a wine-based negroni has never had this one. A hint of sweetness, a touch of bitterness, and a splash of acidity make this cocktail a well-rounded delight, day or night. And the twist of citrus never fails to impress. Serves 1

• 3 oz. Yes Way Rosé
• 1 oz. Gin
• ½ oz. Lillet Blanc
• ½ oz. Campari  
• ½ oz. Grapefruit juice 
• Grapefruit to Garnish 

In a mixing glass with ice, add all liquid ingredients and stir until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
