Rosemaré Pear Sparkler

15 minutes for cocktail Serves 1 Yes Way Rosé Bubbles .5 oz. Rosemary Pear Agave Syrup 1 oz. Ginger Liqueur  Pear and Rosemary to Garnish

Eat, drink, and be merré with our rosemary and pear infused sparkler! Topped with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles, this cocktail is a crisp winter wonderland in a glass that you definitelé want to be caught under the mistletoe with. Serves 1 

  • Yes Way Rosé Bubbles 
  • .5 oz. Rosemary Pear Agave Syrup (recipe below)
  • 1 oz. Ginger Liqueur 
  • Pear and Rosemary to Garnish

In a cocktail shaker, add infused syrup, ginger liqueur and ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds and strain into a coupe glass or collins glass over ice. Top with sparkling Yes Way Rosé Bubbles and garnish with a pear slice and sprig rosemary.

For the Rosemary Pear Agave Syrup (makes 1 cup)

  • 1 cup chopped fresh rosemary 
  • ½ pear nectar 
  • ½ cup agave 
  • 1 vanilla bean 

Add all ingredients to a small sauce pot and simmer on low for 20 minutes stirring (do not let it boil). Strain through a fine sieve and discard bits. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
