Rosemary Pear Sparkler
Eat, drink, and be merré with our rosemary and pear infused sparkler! Topped with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles, this cocktail is a crisp winter wonderland in a glass that you definitelé want to be caught under the mistletoe with. Serves 1
- Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
- .5 oz. Rosemary Pear Agave Syrup (recipe below)
- 1 oz. Ginger Liqueur
- Pear and Rosemary to Garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add infused syrup, ginger liqueur and ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds and strain into a coupe glass or collins glass over ice. Top with sparkling Yes Way Rosé Bubbles and garnish with a pear slice and sprig rosemary.
For the Rosemary Pear Agave Syrup (makes 1 cup)
- 1 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ pear nectar
- ½ cup agave
- 1 vanilla bean
Add all ingredients to a small sauce pot and simmer on low for 20 minutes stirring (do not let it boil). Strain through a fine sieve and discard bits. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
