Yes Way Mulled Rosé

You have to have mulled wine at least once this winter and there’s nothing quite like mulled wine the Yes Way! We swap the red for rosé, spice it up, and serve chilled for some rosé authenticité. This large-format drink is so easy to make and will warm up the room as it brews, plus it’ll make your kitchen smell incredible. At least mull it over. Serves 6

  • 1 bottle Yes Way Rosé
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3 tbsp. agave nectar 
  • 3 cinnamon sticks 
  • 4 cardamom pods 
  • 1 star anise 
  • 2 oz. pear brandy 
  • Rosemary sprigs, green grapes, plums, and pear to garnish and infuse 

In a small saucepan, stir together apple juice, spices and agave, Bring to a simmer and turn off heat and allow to cool completely. Transfer to a carafe, add the Rosé, brandy, fruits, rosemary sprigs and stir well. Let the infusion chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve over ice.
