Yes Way Rosé
Rosé Harvest Sangria
Crisp fall air is a refreshing match for rosé, and so are all of the season’s juicy flavors. Chop up your favorite autumnal fruit and toss it into apple cider sangria that beautifully captures the taste and feel of a Yes Way Fall Day. Makes 1 pitcher, serves 6.
- 1 bottle still Yes Way Rosé
- 4 Cinnamon sticks
- ¼ cup brandy
- ½ cup apple cider
- 1 each, chopped: pear, apples, persimmons, figs, plums
In a small saucepan, simmer cinnamon sticks and apple cider for 10 minutes and allow to cool completely. Transfer infused cider to a pitcher. Add brandy, rosé and chopped fruit, stir to combine and allow the fruit to marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. To serve, fill the pitcher with ice and divide into glasses with plenty of fruit!
