Yes Way Rosé

Recipés

Mango Coconut Frosé

15 minutes for cocktail Serves 4-6 2 cups Yes Way Rosé ½ cup Coconut cream or coconut milk (coconut water can also be used)    ¼ cup agave 3 cups frozen mango  Dehydrated or fresh lime wheel for garnish

Show off your mixologé skills with this cool and tropical frosé that is much easier to make than it looks. And definitely put the lime garnish (dehydrated or fresh) in the coconut. The sweetness of the mango is balanced by the lime, which we highly advise using to scoop up the creamy deliciousness. Serves 4-6

  • 2 cups Yes Way Rosé
  • ½ cup Coconut cream or coconut milk (coconut water can also be used)
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • Dehydrated or fresh lime wheel for garnish

First, combine ¼ c. agave and coconut cream (or substitute) in a blender and pulse until well combined. Add rosé and frozen mango and blend until smooth, then add a splash more rosé for a more loose consistency. Divide into glasses and garnish with lime wheel.
