Yes Way Sorbet Float

The ultimate summertime cocktail incorporating both Yes Way Rosé still wine and Bubbles is a chilled-out frosé with style. While the level of difficulté with this is on the harder side, due to the patience required while the fruity sorbet sets, the pay off is big when you’re kicking back with a glass. 

For the Sorbet Makes about 1 quart

  • ¾ cup still Yes Way Rosé
  • 2 cups Frozen peach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • ¼ cup agave 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice 

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until very smooth. Pour into an 8.5 x 4.5-ish loaf pan or glass container of a similar size and freeze until set for about 6 hours (even better if set overnight). Keeps for 1 week covered.

For the Yes Way Sorbet Rosé Float Serves 1

In a chilled martini glass, add 1 or 2 scoops of prepared sorbet. Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with sugared rose petal.
