Yes Way Rosé
Vanilla Spice (and Everything Nice)

Warms hearts and hearths with this rich blend of rum, vanilla, cinnamon, sage, and ginger. Top it all off with our sparkling Rosé and a festive little fig for a cocktail that’s full of fall flavors. It’s the perfect pairing for charcuterie boards, smorgasbords, or when you’re just plain bored of mimosas at brunch. Serves 1
- 4 oz. Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
- 1 tbsp. vanilla spice ginger syrup (recipe below)
- 1 oz. dark rum
- Fig and fresh sage to garnish
In a shaker with ice, shake together syrup and rum. Strain over a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and top with sparkling Rosé. Garnish with sliced fig and a sage leaf.
For Vanilla Spice Ginger Syrup Makes 1 cup
- 1 cup honey
- 3” fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped but keep the pod
- 1/4 cup water
In a small saucepan, stir together all ingredients and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes or until syrup reduces to about 1 cup. Turn off heat and allow to cool completely, then strain into an airtight container.
