Salté Chihuahua

Serves 1 Yes Way Rosé Bubbles 1 oz. Tequila ½ oz. Aperol 3 oz. fresh Grapefruit juice Pinch Sea salt Smoked salt Grapefruit slice to garnish

A spirit-forward take on the Paloma, this vibrant drink perfectly melds salty, smokey and citrusy flavors into one glass. Serves 1

  • Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
  • 1 oz. Tequila
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • 3 oz. fresh Grapefruit juice
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • Smoked salt
  • Grapefruit slice to garnish

Rub the rim of a glass with grapefruit slice and roll in smoked salt. Fill with ice and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glass over ice and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Top off with sparkling rosé and garnish with grapefruit slice.
