Yes Way Rosé

A neccesité for a hot pool day, this zesty Yes Way take on an Arnold Palmer tastes like spiked peach tea lemonade. Fabulously refreshing, it pairs best with a sun hat and solid crew. Serves 1
- Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
- ½ cup green peach tea
- 2 tablespoons Ginger syrup (recipe below)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Candied ginger and lemon wheel for garnish
In a shaker filled with ice, add tea, ginger syrup, and lemon juice. Strain into Collins glass filled with ice and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with candied ginger and lemon wheel.
For the Ginger Syrup (Makes about 1 cup or 16 tablespoons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar or agave
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup fresh ginger, sliced
In a small pot, add all ingredients and bring to low boil stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and allow it to sit covered for 1 hour. Cool and strain into an airtight container. Keeps for about 2 weeks.
