Yes Way Rosé
It’s not summer without a margarita with a side of rosé! We kept all the ingredients for that perfect marg on the rocks and spritzed it up the Yes Way. Crafted to be super sippable, and utterly delicious, serve with a side of chips and mango salsa for a fruity tex-mex fiesta. Serves 1
- Yes Way Rosé Peach + Ginger Spritz
- 1 oz peach juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz ginger syrup (recipe below)
- 2 oz. tequila
- ½ oz orange liqueur
- Peach and lime slices for garnish
Rub the rim of a tall glass with lime slice and roll in coarse salt, fill with ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add peach juice, lime juice, ginger syrup, tequila, orange liqueur and shake well. Strain into prepared glass, top with Peach Ginger Spritz and garnish with peach and lime slices.
For the Ginger Syrup (Makes about 1 cup)
- 1 cup granulated sugar or agave
- ¾ cup water
- 1 cup fresh ginger, sliced
In a small pot, add all ingredients and bring to low boil stirring occasionally. Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to sit covered for 1 hour. Cool and strain into air tight container. Keeps for about 2 weeks.
