Floral ice cubes give this delicious springy cocktail a major wow factor. A touch sweet, spicy and boozy, serve as an elevated option whenever you want to make a statement. Pro tip: get creative when selecting edible flowers for the ice cubes to make them truly yours! Serves 1
- 2 oz. Yes Way Rosé
- 1 oz. Gin
- 2 oz. Pear nectar
- 2-3 Basil leaves
- 1 big floral ice cube
- Pink peppercorns to garnish
Place the big ice cube into a coupe glass and set aside. In a shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients except pink peppercorn. Shake vigorously for about 30 secs or so until super chilled and strain over the ice cube. Crush a few peppercorns and sprinkle over the cocktail.
For the Floral Ice Cubes
- Edible flowers
- Distilled Water
- Ice cube
Fill 1/3 of an ice cube tray with water, add edible flowers and freeze for about 30 minutes or until slightly set. Top with another 1/3 water and repeat. Allow to freeze fully for 24 hours before using.
