Yes Way Rosé

Be Mine-tini

This dessert-meets-happy hour indulgence is a sweet way to end the evening…or get it started. All it takes is a few ingredients in the blender and some irresistible chocolate magic and you’ve got date night down. Do Valentine’s Day the Yes Way: home with your honey basking in romance and all things pink. Who doesn’t love a bouquet of long stem Frozés? Serves 1

  • 4 oz. Yes Way Rosé
  • 4 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 1 oz. Rumchata
  • Chocolate magic shell
  • Strawberry to garnish

Prep your martini glass by placing it in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. In a shallow bowl, wide enough to fit the martini rim, pour in about 4 tbsp. of chocolate magic shell. Remove chilled martini glass from the freezer and with the bowl tilted to one side so that the chocolate slightly pools into a corner, dip in the rim of the glass and rotate so that the chocolate is coated around the circumference of the rim. Invert upright and return to the freezer to set while the cocktail is prepared.

In a blender (small bullet blender works great for one serving!), add frozen strawberries, Rumchata, and still Rosé. Blend until smooth and transfer to a prepared glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
